A Hero for Our Heroes: Supporting the Navy and Marine Corps Aviation Community

Ryan Caron is a dedicated supporter of the AWS1 James Buriak Foundation, an all-volunteer organization that stands as a beacon of hope for the Navy and Marine Corps Aviation community.

This foundation provides a vital lifeline by offering comprehensive pre-mishap education and immediate, hands-on post-mishap support for service members and their families. Ryan’s involvement stems from a deep-seated respect for those who serve, and he has made it his mission to ensure the foundation has the resources it needs to act swiftly when tragedy strikes. His advocacy goes beyond simple awareness; it is a commitment to ensuring that the men and women of our military aviation units are never left to navigate their most difficult moments alone.

Ryan’s commitment to the military families was on full display during the foundation’s 5K Run in October 2025. His leadership during this initiative was instrumental in securing the funding required to provide critical services, ranging from emergency childcare and immediate financial relief to long-term planning assistance for families facing the sudden loss or injury of a loved one. Ryan’s work ensures that the AWS1 James Buriak Foundation can continue to offer its essential resources, providing stability, relief, and a sense of community to families in their hour of greatest need.
