NEW LAWS, IMPACTS and STRATEGIES FOR 2024: What Realtors® Need to Know
Entering the new year, the real estate industry is gearing up for important changes in laws and regulations. The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) wants Realtors® to be informed of these changes so they are able to adjust business practices accordingly. To that end, PSAR has scheduled a legal update event featuring a presentation by Gov Hutchinson, who serves as the Assistant General Counsel/Vice President of the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.).
