Elijah Underwood operates California’s Number 1 Partition Law Firm, with experience handling partition trials and complex partition actions, including multiple properties, multi-family, industrial, commercial, and million-dollar properties. He is the lecturer on partitions for the California Association of REALTORS® and is a member of the Executive Committee for Real Property for the California Lawyers Association.
