For 2027, PSAR members can spread most of the cost of REALTOR® dues, CRMLS (Paragon) MLS access, and SentriLock lockbox service across the year with the PSAR Monthly Payment Plan. Instead of paying dues and SentriLock all at once and MLS each quarter, you make one payment to start and then pay a set amount each month by autopay. Sign up for the monthly plan →
Here's how the monthly plan works, whether you're renewing your membership, joining PSAR, or transferring from another association. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Already on the 2026 monthly plan? It doesn't continue automatically. To stay monthly in 2027, sign up again by November 18. If we already have your card on file, you only need to call if it has changed or expired.
If the plan invoice isn't paid by December 15, you won't be placed on the plan. In January, you'll be billed for the full year of REALTOR® dues, the first quarter of CRMLS, and one year of SentriLock.
Prefer to pay annually? You don't need to do anything. You'll receive your 2027 annual invoice as usual; pay it by January 4.

For a REALTOR® member with MLS and SentriLock, each 2027 monthly payment of $113.62 covers:
| Item | Monthly |
|---|---|
| N.A.R. dues | $13.00 |
| PSAR dues | $16.17 |
| CRMLS (Paragon) MLS access | $63.33 |
| SentriLock lockbox service | $11.17 |
| Plan fee | $9.95 |
| Total | $113.62 |
The monthly plan costs $119.40 more for the year than paying annually. That's the $9.95 monthly plan fee. Amounts don't include sales and use taxes as determined by the State of California, which may apply to CRMLS and SentriLock charges.

Renewing and new PSAR members who pay their C.A.R. dues, PSAR dues, CRMLS fees and SentriLock fees through PSAR. Transfers can also join the plan when they apply.
Renewing members sign up by November 18 and pay the plan invoice by December 15. New members and transfers choose the plan when they apply, at any time of year.
C.A.R. dues and the N.A.R. advertising fee are billed once a year, and C.A.R. requires you to accept its dues language before you pay. You do both in the PSAR member portal when you pay the plan invoice.
Call PSAR at 619-421-7811. We take card details by phone only and will never ask for your card number by email.
Yes. The plan doesn't continue automatically. Sign up again by November 18 to stay monthly in 2027. If you don't, you'll receive the 2027 annual invoice.
You won't be placed on the plan. In January, you'll be billed for the full year of REALTOR® dues, the first quarter of CRMLS, and one year of SentriLock.
PSAR will email you, and you'll have 10 business days to pay. If it's still unpaid after 7 business days, we'll send a second notice. After 10 business days, you're removed from the plan and the balance for the year is due. Unpaid amounts can lead to suspension of membership, MLS access and SentriLock service under the PSAR Bylaws.
Signing up commits you to the plan for the full membership year. If you leave early, the unpaid balance for the year and a $150 administrative fee are due.
Plan amounts don't include sales and use taxes. Under California rules, tax may apply to CRMLS and SentriLock charges. At the time of print, California passed SB122, and the regulations have not yet been written by the state. PSAR does not know if or what the tax will be at this time.
No. Supra bills its users directly. Matrix is billed separately by autopay.
An optional C.A.R. PAC contribution may appear on your plan invoice. It's voluntary, and you may decline it.
Yes. Each fall, PSAR emails the next year's plan amounts, and you confirm by November 18 to stay on the plan.
