Paws, People, and Purpose: Ray Fraser’s advocacy earns him the PSAR Second Quarter Good Neighbor Award

Ray Fraser, with the help of his team, is deeply committed to making a lasting impact in our local community.

Over the past six years, Ray has partnered closely with the San Diego Humane Society. Through fundraising events, charity poker tournaments, and collection drives, nearly $100,000 has been contributed in cash and essential goods to support animal welfare.

Beyond work with local animal welfare groups, each year Ray actively supports San Diego youth by organizing back-to-school supply drives for underprivileged students, benefitting local organizations such as Father Joe's Villages and Monarch School. Additionally, he makes annual contributions to the Boys & Girls Club, which included $4,000 in direct cash donations in 2025 alone.

Ray’s continuous generosity and hands-on dedication embody the true spirit of a Good Neighbor.
