Lakeside Fire Marshal Jeremy Davis

started his career as a firefighter in January of 1991 with the San Pasqual Volunteer Fire Department. In 2008, he made the transition from fire suppression to fire prevention with the Ramona Fire Department. In 2015, contracted with the San Diego County Fire Authority, and with that, he moved over to the County to work fire prevention. In 2019, he took the opportunity and moved to Lakeside Fire Protection District as the Fire Prevention officer, and in 2021, he became the Fire Marshal. He is a State Certified Plans Examiner, Damage Inspection Specialist, and Public Information Officer. Lastly, he is a fire cause and origin inspector and a fire instructor for the Lakeside Fire Protection District.

began his NHD career at LGS Reports in 1998. The company quickly became the #1 provider of NHD reports in Southern California. In 2000, he became the Sales Manager for Professional Hazard Disclosure in
Orange County. Over the last 25 years, Chuck has given presentations to thousands of agents in hundreds of real estate offices throughout California. Chuck’s unique ability to communicate with today’s real estate professionals has helped thousands of agents in California better understand, not only Natural Hazard Disclosure requirements but also the complex disclosure of direct assessments such as Mello-Roos Special Taxes. He is currently being asked to assist in helping agents better understand the new Home Hardening and Defensible Space requirements.
