The Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA) can be a daunting 17-page document, accompanied by 9 additional pages of critical forms. With the real estate market constantly changing, agents need to stay ahead of the curve. Understanding the nuances of each provision and being able to explain them to clients clearly is more important than ever.
In this class, Mike Shenkman will break down the changes from the June 2025 RPA update. He uses real-life examples to demonstrate how to effectively interpret and communicate the various provisions of the RPA, ensuring agents are well-prepared to guide their clients through each step of the transaction.
