Rick Hagen has been a member of PSAR/ESDCAR since 1994. He was named REALTOR® of the Year in 2009. SDAR recognized him as Volunteer of the Year in 2014 and Broker of the Year in 2015. He has served on both associations' Risk Management Committees and Professional Standards Committees. He has Chaired numerous committees. Rick has been the Broker of Record for two large real estate brokerages with offices in San Diego County, Palm Desert, and Orange County. His expertise includes contractual professionalism, risk management, and regulatory compliance. He does compliance consulting for California brokerages and provides expert witness litigation services.
