Oscar Wei is the Senior Economist for the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.). Wei analyzes housing market conditions, consumer behavior, and public policy issues through the use of transactional data and survey research studies conducted by C.A.R.
