This presentation covers Fair Housing based on issues in advertising. This training is designed for those new to the housing industry as well as experienced housing professionals wishing to learn about current issues affecting fair housing laws. 

Monica Lopez from CSA San Diego will be speaking on:

  • Protected Classes
  • Prohibited acts
  • Best Practices in Advertising

Goals:
The training covers the unique fair housing challenges associated with advertising. The ultimate goal is to gain a better understanding of the fair housing laws to ensure compliance.
