Meet the Speakers:

Andres Moreno II is the General Manager of Operations at the Law Offices of Moreno and Associates, a San Diego-based law firm that specializes in providing practical solutions to complex legal issues. With over 24 years of experience, Andres plays a critical role in managing the firm’s immigration practice and overseeing its strategic and daily operations. His leadership has been instrumental in the firm's success across various practice areas, including immigration law, family law, criminal defense, bankruptcy law, civil litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, and contract litigation. Andres holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. His extensive legal and managerial expertise has significantly contributed to the firm’s reputation for delivering exceptional legal services in the San Diego area.

Vidal Espinosa is the Principal Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Invictus Advisors, where he has led for over 27 years in the Greater San Diego Area. He specializes in providing comprehensive financial services, including accounting, tax strategy, and business consulting, allowing business owners to focus on growth while he manages their financial operations.

In addition to his role at Invictus Advisors, Vidal serves as Chief Financial Officer for multiple businesses, overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, tax preparation, budgeting, and internal controls. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Loyola University (IBERO) and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from CETYS Universidad, with additional certification in Public Accounting from Universidad Panamericana.
