When a child is hospitalized, their parents shouldn't have to worry about where they’ll sleep or how they’ll eat. By joining your colleagues at a Red Shoe Day intersection, you aren't just collecting change; you’re ensuring San Diego families are with their children at the Ronald McDonald House.

Last year, our members' contributions and collections put us in the top 20 teams city-wide. Let’s show San Diego that nobody outworks or outgives a REALTOR®, and have an even better turnout this year!

The Cause: Keeping Families Close
When a child is hospitalized, their loved ones become their strongest support system and ally in healing. Unfortunately, many families can't afford lodging near the hospital during this difficult time. Ronald McDonald House provides a "home away from home" so families can stay close to their sick children without enduring financial strain.

Spice up your evening! Put down the business cards and pick up the rhythm! PSAR’s YPN (Your Professionals Network) invites everyone to a night of fun and instruction on the dance floor. Whether you’re a seasoned "Salsero" or you have two left feet, this is for everyone. 

Fellow professionals gather for a fun, high-energy lesson to learn the moves that make Salsa world-famous. It’s all about good vibes, great people, and giving back to our community. Proceeds from the event will be donated to South Bay Community Services.

The PSAR Government Affairs Committee is hosting a candidate forum for San Diego District 2 City Council candidates.

Decisions made at City Hall directly impact the local real estate market and the clients served by real estate professionals. C.A.R. has finalized revisions to standard forms to provide a standardized method for disclosing both the receipt and payment of referral fees. Because several forms were already undergoing revisions, this was the ideal time to incorporate these important modifications.

Agents should prepare for changes in the following documents:

• BRBC and RLA Forms: These forms will now include specific references to referral fees.
• New Disclosure Mechanics: The updates are designed to make it easier for REALTORS® to make appropriate disclosures, ensuring consumers are fully aware of all sources of compensation.

When clients understand whether and how referral fees are involved, they are empowered to make informed decisions and ask the right questions. As an agent, your ability to explain these forms clearly is essential to your professionalism.
