Learn the current state rules that apply when insurance companies notify homeowners of non-renewal of their insurance policies and how using the state FAIR plan could help homeowners stay continuously insured.

Assembly Bill 1816 will:
    • Require insurers to provide at least a 75-day notice when they non-renew (cancel) a homeowners’ policy that expires
      on or after July 1, 2020.

PSAR Committee & Cocktails Happy Hour

I have never been the kind of person who likes to sit back and watch from the sidelines. Instead, I prefer to get involved. That’s why I have chose to be involved in leadership at PSAR. I encourage you to participate as well.

So, let me take this opportunity to invite you to attend PSAR’s inaugural “2020 Committees and Cocktails,” a free event with complimentary food from 3 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22, at Buffalo Wild Wings, 1640 Camino del Rio North, in San Diego’s Mission Valley. This special event will include information on a number of different PSAR committees. Members of these committees will have representatives located throughout the restaurant’s meeting room, with whom attendees can meet and network.

As one of San Diego’s largest trade organizations for San Diego-area REALTORS® with more than 3,100 members, PSAR features a number of committees and councils, including Affiliate, Charity, Education and Technology,  Finance, Government Affairs, Global Real Estate Council, Marketing and Young Professionals Network.

Committees and Cocktails will be a one-stop opportunity for all PSAR members to gather more information while deciding on their involvement in our association’s committees and leadership roles. In addition, REALTORS® from other associations can discover what PSAR has to offer in an informal social setting.

2020 Committees and Cocktails will include free appetizers and a raffle with prizes. A cash bar will offer happy-hour drink specials. All PSAR members plus all REALTORS® in San Diego County, regardless of association membership, are invited to attend Committees and Cocktails.

PSAR Code of Ethics Training

Code of Ethics Training 

This training meets the specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.

New REALTORS®  must complete training when they first join.  A new member who has completed the New Member Code of Ethics Orientation is not required to complete additional ethics training until the next three-year cycle.

REALTORS® who complete the required ethics training within a three-year cycle at any local association are not required to take this training again at another association. REALTORS®  may take courses to satisfy this ethics requirement through any association or outside training facility where the member can provide satisfactory documentation of completion.

There are two ways to complete the required training, Online and PSAR live Classes.

Here you will see two versions of the online training. A FREE version and a Continuing Education (CE) version. The FREE version is sufficient to satisfy your requirement but if you would like to accrue credits towards your license renewal then the CE version
would be the best for you. 

PSAR does not have access to your NAR login credentials. If you have already created an account with NAR and cannot access it please use the "Forgot Password" function to retrieve the password. You may find your NRDS ID by using NAR's "Find your NRDS ID" function.
