It is illegal to discriminate in the sale or rental of housing, including against individuals seeking a mortgage or housing assistance, or in other housing-related activities based on a protected group. This training is focused on familial status housing discrimination as well as discussion on best practices.
This training is designed for those new to the housing industry as well as experienced housing professionals wishing to learn about current issues affecting fair housing laws.
