Still, need to complete your Ethics Requirement?

Members who have not completed ethics training were INACTIVATED and lost access to ALL Realtor Services due to non-compliance with NAR Policy.

Service will not be reinstated until 2.5 hours of Ethics Training is completed.  It could take up to 24 hours to reinstate Zipforms access.

Comply with the NAR mandate by taking this 2.5 hour online course.

This online course is offered by NAR and may be completed at the member's pace. The course is free and a paid CE option is available.

If the ethics requirement was completed through any other method, please send a certificate or proof of completion to education@psar.org and be sure it includes the name, NRDS ID#, and the date that the ethics course was completed.

The “NAR Code of Ethics Requirement” triennial deadline is this year. Members need to complete the requirement and frankly the more good training we take, the better REALTORS® we are.

Professor Estes has been a C.A.R. Master Instructor since 1991 in addition to obtaining the designations of ABR/M, CCIM, CRB, GRI, e-PRO, and SRES; he is also an accomplished college instructor, serving as Professor and Real Estate Program Coordinator for Mt. San Antonio College. He is a co-author of a best-selling college textbook: California Real Estate Principles, now in its 10th edition. He has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, Judge Pro Tem for the San Diego Superior Court as well as a Mayor for the City of Vista, California.
