Raul de la Vega boasts a career spanning finance, real estate, and public service. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Patriot Home Loans, he oversees operations, marketing, staff management, and lending practices. His early career highlights include a "Rookie of the Year" award at the Network Financial, showcasing his dedication.

Raul also served as Deputy Sheriff and Correctional Officer with integrity and community commitment. He received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from National University.  Raul is dynamic and knowledgeable, with insights across a broad spectrum of topics.

Rick has been the Broker of Record for two large real estate brokerages with offices in San Diego County, Palm Desert, and Orange County. His expertise includes contractual professionalism, risk management, and regulatory compliance. He does compliance consulting for California brokerages and provides expert witness litigation services.
