EXCLUSIVE! LEAD RENOVATOR INITIAL CERTIFICATION CLASS

Stay out of court, and ensure that your contractors, maintenance people, and property managers, are lead-certified!

Protect your clients, your firm, your workers, and yourself. This course is rarely offered in South San Diego County.

A premier concern for property managers is ensuring the safety of tenants and maintaining compliance with regulations governing building renovation and repair. For those who oversee renovations, repairs, or painting in pre-1978 housing, obtaining certification in lead-safe practices under the EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule is essential.

Lead exposure, particularly for children, can have serious health consequences. This certification class provides training on using lead-safe practices during renovations to prevent lead poisoning from dust, paint chips, or contaminated soil. Thorough knowledge of the RPR rule will enable renovators to protect tenants and prevent businesses from incurring penalties of up to $37,500 per daily violation. This course covers all EPA requirements for achieving Certified Renovator status. Click here to learn more.
