* Jeff Kahn managed several large real estate brokerages for approximately 25 years, including Berkshire Hathaway and Prudential California Realty. Jeff is a Risk Management Attorney for Spile, Leff, and Goor. He is on the front line answering the questions and assisting the agents with their real estate issues. Jeff has been a CAR Director for many years and has been Chairperson of the Standard Forms Committee a couple of times. He has been involved in the drafting of the Statewide CAR standardized forms for many years going back to the mid-1980s. He is also involved at the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, he trains on Contracts and Disclosures and is responsible for drafting the local forms used by SRAR.
